The checked baggage policy for coach class travel within the United States has changed.  Fees are being charged for checked bags, sports equipment, overweight and oversized bags.

Charges vary by airline, airfare booking class, and frequent flyer status.

Each checked bag may not exceed 50 pounds in weight and may
not exceed 62 linear inches (Length + Width + Height).

Baggage fees are per traveler and are charged for each direction of travel.
(i.e. Salt Lake to Orange County is one charge – Orange County back to Salt Lake is another charge)

We will be using the following airlines for your group travel to Orange County/Santa Ana and have listed the current fees for each carrier.

DELTA / UNITED/SOUTHWEST AND ALASKA AIRLINES
1st checked bag - $25.00
2nd checked bag - $35.00     (2nd bag on Alaska is $25.00)
3rd checked bag - $100.00   (3rd bag on Alaska is $75.00)
Southwest – 2 checked bags at no charge.

Golf clubs are allowed in place of one of your bags. Golf bags cannot weigh more than 50 lbs.

Overweight/oversized baggage charges range from $175.00 - $300.00. These fees are subject to change.  We recommend checking with your airline the day before you travel.

You may check your bags online and pay in advance using your confirmation code – or at the airport. If you check your bags curb side, most airports require payment by credit card.
If you choose to pay cash, you must check your bags inside the terminal at the airline ticket counter or baggage check-in counter.

Cut off times for domestic baggage check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure.
We recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure to complete the check-in and security process.
